Terms And Conditions
This document outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") that govern your access to and use of the Charisma platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"), a brand operated by Aboova ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Words capitalized in these Terms have specific meanings defined below, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Company: Refers to Aboova, located at 7817 Mandan Rd, Olney, MD, USA 20770.
- Charisma / Service: Refers to the Charisma platform, including the free website build, annual plans, hosting, support, and all other related services provided by Aboova under the Charisma brand.
- Website: Refers to any website built or hosted for you through the Charisma Service.
- You / User: Refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Charisma Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Charisma Service
Charisma provides a comprehensive platform designed to help ministries establish and grow their online presence. Our services include:
- Free Website Build: As part of the Charisma Platform Annual Plan, we offer to build a professional website for your ministry.
- Annual Plan: Access to the full Charisma platform, including hosting, domain connection (first year free), built-in features (CRM, webchat, blogging), and ongoing support.
- Additional Services: Access to other specialized services like AI Websites, Concierge Services, Custom Website Solutions, E-commerce Websites, Course Platforms, and Web Applications. These may require separate booking or agreement.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities and Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available on your Charisma Website. You agree that your content will not:
- Be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others.
- Contain viruses or any other malicious code.
You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Payment and Billing
- Annual Plan: The Charisma Platform Annual Plan is billed annually.
- Refunds: Your refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which allows for a full refund within 7 days of project delivery. After this 7-day window, no refunds will be issued.
- Renewals: Your annual plan will automatically renew unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.
Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to your Charisma Website.
- Charisma Platform: The Service itself, including its original content (excluding your provided content), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Aboova and its licensors.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, the information, content, materials, or products included thereon. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Aboova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
