Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of your Charisma Platform Annual Plan payment if you submit your refund request within 7 days of your project delivery date.
- "Project delivery" is defined as the date your completed Charisma website is officially launched and made accessible to you.
Non-Refundable Services
Please be aware that after the 7-day refund window from your project delivery date, no refunds will be issued. The annual plan covers the comprehensive setup, custom design, hosting, ongoing support, and other included features, all of which are activated and provided upon your website's successful delivery.
